Institutional Clients Group MA Program

Details of the ICG MA Program－
• A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations
• On-job-training combines with 7 weeks intensive classroom training on
basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products
• Possible business streams for rotations include Corporate Banking, Com
mercial Banking, Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, Global Transaction Se
rvices, Risk, Compliance, Finance & HR
• Possible to work across divisions and locations
• Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring & overseas expo
sure

Requirements of the candidate
• Strong academic record, obtained Master’s degree or above from a high
ly rated university
• No more than two years’ working experience
• Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services
 industry
• Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations
/cities
• Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
• Team-player, contributes to collective goals
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English

Details of the GCG MA Program

• Intensive development through a specially designed Management Associat
e program with 4 rotations in two years.
• A range of challenging roles within the relevant banking functions wit
h on-the-job trainings.
• A thorough understanding of Citibank's operations in respective areas
as well as the professional knowledge required for a successful career

Requirements of the candidate

• Master or Bachelor degree from a highly rated university, strong acade
mic record, open to any major, less than four years’ working experience
• Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services
 industry
• Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations
/cities
• Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
• Team-player, contributes to collective goals
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
