Details of the program
Institutional Clients Group MA Program
• A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations
• On-job-training combines with 7.5 weeks intensive classroom training on basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products
• Possible business streams for rotations include Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets, Global Transaction Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance & HR
• Possible to work across divisions and locations
• Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring & overseas exposure
Potential work locations
• Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing
Requirements of the candidate
• Strong academic record.
• Master’s degree or above from a highly rated university and less than two years’ working experience
• Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services industry
• Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations/cities
• Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
• Team-player, contributes to collective goals
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Requirements of the candidate
• Master or Bachelor degree from a highly rated university, strong academic record, open to any major
• Less than four years’ working experience, at least 1 year working experience required for bachelor degree holder
